Innovative Tooling
Even though we were established in 1977, this does not mean that we are not always trying to innovate. When presented with a project where plunged holes needed to be machined to a specific depth, we could have used a traditional machined aluminium tool to hold the piece. This tooling had a lead time that was unacceptable to our customer.
We immediately began designing a better solution to this problem. To reduce lead time we sought a method using laser cut profiles manufactured from sheet metal. Cut on our own 5KW laser profiling equipment and welded using our own in house facilities, the tool was completed in a fraction of the time.
We will always try to innovate to find the best possible solution for our customers. We leave no stone unturned to continuously improve our service and exceed the customer's expectations.
